1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using HashNova ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any two-factor credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials on your side.

4. Mining services

Hashrate packages grant a contractual right to mining output for the stated duration. Output depends on network difficulty, coin price and uptime, and is not guaranteed. Estimates shown in calculators are illustrative, not promises of return.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after sufficient on-chain confirmations. Withdrawals are reviewed and approved by an administrator before payout, and may be subject to minimums and network fees. You are responsible for providing a correct destination address; transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.

6. Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency is volatile and mining returns can be lower than your purchase price. You may lose money. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, sanctioned transactions, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our AML policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashNova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
